Hello…

My name is Petula Chaplin and I have over 30 years of international sales and rights selling experience in the children’s publishing industry having worked in the rights departments for a number of mainstream publishers such as Penguin, Harper Collins and Egmont before moving from London and then setting up my rights agency business in Devon in 2012.

I have also worked as a rights consultant for US publishers Ripleys and Highlights for Children and Russian publisher Clever Media to expand their international sales into new markets and grow their rights sales and co-edition printing business.

I am delighted to be representing fabulous independent children’s publishers from around the world.
